Board of Commissioners
Regular Monthly Meeting
Community Center-7 p.m.
Present: Richard Moncsko, Guy Stephenson, Dan Hansen, Charlie Terry, Louis Adragna, Steve Corvelli, and Shirley Lawrence.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read with motion to accept by Charlie Terry, seconded by Dan Hansen and carried unanimously. Treasurer’s report was read with motion to accept by Richard Moncsko, seconded by Richard Charlie Terry, carried unanimously.
Quotes for installation of fans were opened and reviewed: Cliff Holzer’s quote was $800 with no details. Oak Ridge Electric’s quote was not to exceed $1350. Louis was instructed to check with Cliff to see if his quote is comparable.
Discussion was held on the furnace in the basement. Guy Stephenson suggested making a file of when items are purchased and when they are serviced. Guy thought there should be some thought given to having an energy audit. He thought the cost would be around $300-$400. He will get cost estimates.
Louis informed the board that Marty Bausman wishes to attend a couple of training courses at a cost of $100. Motion to approve this expenditure by Charlie Terry, seconded by Dan Hansen and carried unanimously.
Louis would like to purchase a new roof saw. Charlie suggested contacting Robbie Lincoln for a cost estimate. Louis to get prices.
Discussion was held on the cost of propane. The secretary was asked to research other companies and state contract.
Bills were reviewed and audited for payment in the amount of $24,954.90.
Meeting adjourned at 8:01 p.m.
