Public Present: Gerald Bruce-Town Clerk & Robert Guynup-Code Enforcement-Landfill Attendent.

There is a $6,500 deficit at the Transfer Station which should be made to break even.

Suggested these price increases and will discuss it at the December 8, 2009 meeting.

Tires are now $2.00 per tire Suggest $4.00 up to 16”
Sofas $5.00 “ $10.00
Mattress & springs $2.00 ea “ $ 5.00 ea
Room size carpet $5.00 “ $10.00
Compost free $ 2.00

This would be effective 1/1/2010

Dump tickets would change from $ 2.00-$6.00-$10.00-$20.00 to $6.00-$12.00-$18.00
and would be $.12 per pound instead of $.10 per pound.

Re- Training in N.Y.C. (@ $1,200 apiece) in February-Randy and Darin will go.

Supervisor suggested separating the Ambulance District from the Fire District and carry their own
Insurance. Suggested that Fire District turn over the operating certificate to the Town and it can contract
with the Town so it can bill patients insurance companies.
