Town Board Present: Supervisor- Randy Preston
Councilman-Steve Corvelli

David Brookman resigned as driver of the senior bus.
The position of senior bus driver was advertised and the town received 3 applications.
Robert Feitshans, Brian Keating and Gary Hoffman
The Board will hire Brian Keating 1158 Springfield Rd. Wilmington, N.Y. as senior bus driver.
Robert Kirby is running for the Essex County Sheriff Position and has to resign his Wilmington
Justice position. Supervisor Preston will check with Town Justices from adjoining Towns to see
if one would be available to be appointed to fill in the vacancy this would create.
The installation of the sidewalks on Springfield Road is underway and it was decided that the Highway
men would continue ripping and pouring the sidewalks an additional 300 feet to Stewart Morgans residence.
at the cost of $1,300 more.
Lisa Negal is updating Waterfront & Zoning Regulations (with part of the Grant money)
Board discussed putting a sign ordinance in place and the need for public opinion.
It was decided that building lots which are half the required size or more cannot be refused from the
pre-existing code of 1988, if it meets the set backs and septic requirements.
Town Board discussed giving new businesses a tax incentive to entice new development to locate in the Town
of Wilmington. Board thought this was a good idea.
