RESOLUTION 50-09 TOWN BOARD ACCEPTS THE RESIGNATION OF TOWN JUSTICE
ROBERT KIRBY.

Motion- Darin Forbes Seconded- Steve Corvelli, Aye- Rarilee Conway, Aye-Randy Preston (4 Ayes 0 Noes)

RESOLUTION 51-09 TOWN BOARD APPROVED THE SUPERVISOR TO APPLY FOR A
JUSTICE COURT ASSISTANCE GRANT THAT AUTHORIZES HIM
TO REQUEST UP TO THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT AVAILABLE.

Motion- Steve Corvelli Seconded – Rarilee Conway All in Favor

Town Board approved the Supervisor applying for a $250,000 grant for an in kind 50/50 service grant for improvements at the Town Beach. The Town can use all or any part of it.

Zoning board started revisions on Town Zoning (signs are incorporated)

Essex County I.D.A. Jodi and Carol say there are 50/50 grants available to new and existing business owners.
The businesses must fill out an application to participate. (new village center is a possibility).

Kirk Bassarab is working to update the water meters and time is getting short because he will have to work nights
And Saturdays. Board is considering hiring a company in Mass. That will have a 3 man crew to come in and
Finish the installation this fall.

Donald Dislevy (16.3-2-4.000) has 11.7 acres off Lakeview Terrace and is putting a road into his property and would like to name it “ ROCKY RIVER WAY “

RESOLUTION 52-09 TOWN BOARD APPROVED THE NAME “ROCKY RIVER WAY” FOR THE
DISLEVY PROPERTY OFF LAKEVIEW TERRACE.

Lake Placid signed an agreement with Ironman for 3 more years at no cost.

RESOLUTION 43-09 TOWN BOARD APPROVED MINUTES FROM JUNE 9 AND JUNE 24, 2009

RESOLUTION 44-09 TOWN BOARD APPROVED THE FOLLOWING WATER METER POLICY.

WHEREAS the Town of Wilmington will require all Water Customers to have a Water Meter Installed along
with the Meter Transmitter and access to such as a condition of receiving town water. The Water Meter and Transmitter will not be tampered with in any way.

WHEREAS Failure to comply will result in the Water Service being shut off. The Water user will be notified
15 days prior to the shut off by certified mail. Every effort will be made to work with the water user to avoid
the shut off.

RESOLVED In the event the water user turns the water back on the bill for usage will be the base rate plus
$250.00 for residential users per billing cycle and the base rate plus $500.00 for Commercial users per billing
cycle.

RESOLUTION 45-09 TOWN BOARD AUTHORIZED THE SUPERVISOR TO SIGN THE BEACH PROPERTY AGREEMENT, A .5 ACRE PORTION OF A 2.3 ACRE PARCEL KNOWN AS TAX
MAP NO. 26.6-5-68.111, BETWEEN THE TOWN OF WILMINGTON AND WILLIAM DUBIN 1259 WASHINGTON ST. GLOUCHESTER, MASS, 01930

Jim Walker & Bill McGreevy from Team Placid Planet gave the Youth Center $100 in appreciation for
supporting the Wilmington-Whiteface road race on June 13, 2009.

PRIVATE ROAD NAMES OFF OF JOHN BLISS ROAD. THIS IS A SUB-DIVISION OWNED
