The Court is typically in regular session every 1st, 2nd and 4th Thursday (except for holidays) beginning at 4:30 pm. Criminal proceedings requiring the presence of the Essex County District Attorney are indicated below. Petitions for civil actions can be brought to attention during any regular session.
