Minutes of the Town of Wilmington Planning and Zoning Regular Meeting held on the above date at
7:00pm in the Board Room of the Community Center, 7 Community Center Circle, Wilmington, NY 12997

Anthony Nickinello called the meeting to order at 7:13pm.
Public Hearing:
Korn Variance- Devan Korn appeared before the board to discuss a variance application for the garage
on his property. Because of the shape of the lot, the location of the garage would not follow the rules
that apply to setbacks. No one in the audience had any public comment.
Approval of Minutes:
On a motion by Bill Eaton and seconded by Laura Hooker, the board unanimously duly resolved as
follows:
To approve the minutes of the February 7th Planning and Zoning Board Meeting. All members voted AYE
New Business:
1. Bottcher Sign and Special Use permit for Fly Shop. The new sign will be within the 4ft set back in
the same location of the old real estate sign. There will be solar lighting and the sign will be 4’x6’
with landscaping underneath. On a motion by Laura Hooker and seconded by Bill Eaton, with all
in favor, the sign and permit passed.
2. Duprey Subdivision- 3 lots: The application was accepted on a motion by Bill Eaton and
seconded by Laura Hooker will all members in favor. A public hearing was also set for April 4 th on
motion by Bill Eaton and seconded by Laura Hooker with all members in favor.
3. Korn Variance- On a motion by Bill Eaton and seconded by Laura Hooker with all members in
favor the variance was approved.

4. Wilderness Subdivision Application- On a motion by Bill Eaton and seconded by Laura Hooker,
with all members in favor, the application for the subdivision was accepted. A public hearing
was set for May 9 th on a motion by Laura Hooker and seconded by Bill Eaton with all members in
favor.
