Notice Town of Wilmington Changes for the New Year Town Board Regular Meetings are at 6pm, on the second Tuesday of the month. Town Hall office hours are now 9am till 3:30pm. Town Court is now the 1st, 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month at 4:30pm.
